Freddy wants to pull the best jock in So. Cal out for freaking Pennsylvania - right before the start of Santa Anita.

That's comedy.

In the winter, the money is in So. Cal.

Pennsylvania only runs a handful of graded stakes a year.

look at the jockey money leaders around mid April every year. West coast riders always dominate it - unless the Dubai World Cup money is factored in.

The guy who might want to move his tack to PA is the rider who isn't getting on any good horses - and is having trouble finiding mounts because of the small fields in bread and butter races.

Randy Moss pulled a page from the Suddam Hussein playbook and hired a look a like to play for him today while he stayed home and played Playstation 3 and posted on Truck Racing message boards.

Randy doesn't have a deep frustration tolerance for the team playing poorly....or being disciplined in public. when BB sent his ass home for being late this week Randy was going to give them a performance to be forgotten especially when other guys were deactivated and lost a game check rather than the usual fine. He was active because he's Randy but homey don't play like that uh uh.....laid that rock on the carpet like over easy on a griddle...nice and easy y'all..Funny how this garbage seems to snowball until the team dies. Randy's not done with this yet...BB better surrender before the terrorist shows him what he is capable of...

That's even less plausible than if you had accused him of betting on the Panthers and shaving points to cash a bet.

Don't sweat it ... we will win the Super Bowl.

I'm from Boston we will still find an ugly part to every optimistic possibility. If they win the Super Bowl I will be shocked. There's no team D. If they make the conference final it will be a miracle. They are just not a complete team this year. That butt kicking in NO woke me up from the dream....

They are 18-0 at home when Brady and Moss have played together .. and that's as long as I've been following the team.

They had a lead in every road game this year - and a halftime lead in 4 of the 5 defeats this year.

Think of them as like that race horse that goes out totally winging and runs huge pace figures but stops in deep stretch.

This is season #12 for Moss ... and he's smoked an awful lot of weed over the years. The lungs aren't as good - especially when they travel and are on the road.

They need to run the football a little more and ration things out a little better. If you pass almost every down - and have Moss streaking down the field so he takes the safety with him and opens up huge space for the underneath passing game - that's great .. but he's going to have an empty tank late in the game.

No other player in the leauge is asked to do that much running.

The defense isn't as terrible as you think. The Saints game was in a brutal place to play, against a great offensive unit, and was a road game on Thanksgiving week when all kinds of distractions were present.

Ideally, if you had to travel from the North to play the Saints in the dome on a night game, I think you'd probably want to do it on a week where it's easier to focus.

Welker was thrown at 12 times in that Saints game and had just 32 yards. Instead of trying to cover him one-on-one in open space with a linebacker - the saints doubled him with a linebacker and saftey - and doubled Moss! They only rushed 3 defenders .. took away the two big guys - and made Brady have to beat them with the #3 reciever - who is a special teams player.

That was the first time anyone had ever tried that. Only rush 3 guys against Brady and double the two big guys .... but in the rest of these defeats Welker (and Edellman the one game Welker was hurt) had been having picnics against laughable coverage .. but when Moss had basically ran himself out of the game and was tired in the 4th quarter .. They'd double Welker and NE's passing game tanks late.

Look at the Colts game .. everyone remembers the 4th and 2 play .. but it should have never happened. Brady tried to force a ball into Welker on 3rd and 2 on one of the rare times he's ever doubled - and the colts defender dropped an easy INT.

They need to run the ball - keep opposing defenses atleast somewhat honest - and keep Moss from running himself out of games in the 4th quarter. The success of the whole offense revolves around Moss getting big mismatches for Welker and making some big catches himself. They went 11-5 with Matt Cassell last year...and had an explosive offense.

They didn't ask Cassell to pass almost every single down like this new Offensive coordinator is asking Brady.

Vic, seriously Cal racing is in serious trouble.. When can we expect Rosario to come to Philly Park during the day and Penn Nat at nigh?. Love your calls, think Joel Rosario is terriffic come east and grab a handful of cash. You never know when you are going to need a few extra bucks

Even though the purses are good at Philly Park, there simply are not enough big stakes races there. If you're the leading rider at Philly Park, you're not going to make anything close to what Joel makes right now. Here is a link to the national standings. Joel is 6th leading rider in the country with earnings of $12.6 million. He couldn't make anything close to that at Philly Park. If you're the leading rider at Philly Park, you won't even be in the top 20 in money won.
