It's still a game of the "haves" and the "have nots" -- there are just so many more have nots. More importantly, the sellers expectations need to get more in line with the world going on around them.

I don't remember Dixie Union over at the Stakes Barn. I remember Running Stag and Banshee Breeze particularly.

(By the way... Doesn't a certain Antitrusty have a birthday coming up any moment...? Hmmm?)

I heard DougS talk about #63 on the show and his thoughts about it chances first time out. Knowing nothing about the sales part of racing my question is how can you now track this horse? I use DRFs horse watch, trainer watch etc but I do not understand what to use with the information from the sale. Am I just missing the name somewhere or something and I heard Steve tonight mentioning that owners may change the name.

I think Limehouse is going to end up being an excellent low/mid priced sire. He has just about everything you want in a sire- precocious (won in April at KEE and the Three Chimneys & Bashford Manor stakes at CD), fast (put up some excellent speed figures in both sprints and routes), ran very well in the biggest race in the world, developed into a solid router including a G2 win at 9F in the Brooklyn, durable (started 10 times at 4, how often do you see that these days out of a good horse?), an excellent female family (half to Blues and Royals), and excellent conformation. The only downside I see is he was somewhat small in stature, but that doesn't preclude being a good sire.
