I feel for you guys. I'm a Met fan but have secretly rooted for the Indians for a long time, growing up I used to go to a couple Indians games a year as (a) it was great to follow the prospects from buffalo and (b) it's less than 3 hours away anyways.

Anyways, I thought this was the Indians' year- I picked them to go to the World Series in a couple preseason contest things. WTF was I thinking?!?

Back to normal...they had me a little concerned for a minute there.

I like what Wedge is doing. It's imperative he finds out about r2d2 now and prepare for next year.

Is he really a worthless 34 year old player with back to back .230 years?

Mortimer 07-19-2008 09:43 AM

Andy Par-Tay playing is another shrewd move.

You can't just dismiss his hacking ability at the plate and sloth like moves on the bases. Those assets overcome his penchant for having no value whatsoevah.

Yup---things are really looking down for next year.

Are we still talking about the mistake on the lake ballclub?:zz: :wf
