Hip 114 is Lion Heart via Deputy Minister mare VVS Flawless, and Hip 228 is the Speightstown from a Meadowlake mare.

And good luck today to Kenny Lejeune, who is training Aldebutante at Ocala. He has Hip 12, a Macho Uno filly named In the Evening, and Hip 95, an Officer filly, in the sale.

Saw a lot of the Speightstown yearlings last year and too my non-expert eye :o they looked FAST FAST FAST...

Well, being that Hip #228 and Hip #114 were the horses that I was talking about without giving them away earlier to the board in this thread because Rupert Pupkin would have known which two I was talking about...well...

Self awareness is not one of your strong suits.

Good luck buying those two. Hope you have a couple of million to spare.

The last time I will ever talk about specific Hip Numbers on the board because I made a promise to someone that I wouldn't.

I love Jesus, and he is always listening.

Oh yeah, and about the eight figures comment. I was tired and associated it with seven figures last night. You don't need eight figures to own a racehorse.

You can find graded stakes animals in the 75,000 to 100,000 range, and sometimes you will get lucky and will find some for less than that. I don't even think you need seven figures in the bank to spend. I think people that buy horses for millions are crazy because you can usually find horses that are better for much less.

Besides we all know what Maggie Moss did, and she was well off but not incredibly well off. It can be done.

Next time you're driving you should let him take the wheel for a while.

She's primarily in the claiming game. We've been talking about sales. The average sale at Fasig-Tipton has been in the $160,000 range.
