ellen degeneres used to be funny.

now she's another jumbo headed celebrity barely 2 tiers above brittany's level.

her director needs to be fired. her producer needs to grow a set of balls big enough to tell her she's an overwrought idiot. anyone who thinks this dog won't be just as happy wherever it lands is deluded. and the kids would be just as happy with another pet.

they're f'in kids. they already forgot about this as soon as everyone stops reminding them and someone stuffs a kitten in their hand.

when i see crap like this i start to think hitler was an underacheiver.

That's total crap(the part about the kids getting over it easily.)When I was 8-10 years old we had a Beagle for a very short time, and that crazy bitch ran off.Never saw her again. That was indeed traumatic for all involved. When pets pass due to illness, they usually slow down for some time before they actually get acutely ill. There is some detachment when a dog begins to gradually slow down. Not true with a young dog that is simply there one day,and gone the next.I am sure the kids were traumitized by having that dog taken away like that. This bitch was complaining constantly about a lack of funds for her business, and adoption service.Said repeatedly that she has no money.Ellen felt bad about breaking the rules. She said to blame her,but don't take it out on the kids.Well,From what I saw,Ellen would have paid a huge fine(to be used to help take care of many dogs at this agency,) but these nutty women on both sides simply stomped on their gas pedals way too early during the early stages of this thing. For one thing, the whole thing about "small dogs not being given to any families with kids" is a huge lazy overkill if I have ever seen one.I have a bitch Min Pin who isn't bothered by anything (except her bowl being empty.)I have a smaller male that is not good with kids.Anytime you have women involved in a nonprofit involving animals, you're gunna see too many " no exception" rules. They don't want to have to make decisions. They love absolutes.

i see your point.

the loving description of the crazy bitch changed my opinion.

i now understand how kids never recover from this trauma.

Yea but there a lot of greedy folks out there. If one of my fur kids went missing, I would be offering up rewards. For my fav Rusty, my oldster doggie....you just might get my car. Some people who cannot have skin kids get as attached to their furries and think of them as their children....
