Penny,Lowe,and pray.Kuo,Wolf,and Billingsley(all together) may equal one decent pitcher.Got about 3 decent starters.Even the Halos are pitching Colon tonite.So,they have 4 good starters. I can't believe this Schmidt.What a piece of work this guy is.Wasn't this the guy that went head n' head last year in a pitcher's duel at Dodger Stadium(he and Maddux.) Always pitched great at Dodger Stadium.What a disaster.Damn cancer in Dodger Fans' bones.Always has been.Nothing has changed.Burning us one way or the other.Really is the Antichrist( for us.)

I jumped for joy when JS signed....but the Dodger Management sold us a bill of goods because they knew JS was hurt on or before Opening Day! Nobody loses 9mph on his fastball over the winter!

You think the Dodgers got it bad? Try the Reds. They have some good players, Dunn, Griffey (playing really well), Josh Hamilton, Brandon Phillips, Gonzalez is pretty good at SS, Hattieberg is a bit below average at 1st but is not horrible. Encarcion has been bad and the catchers have not been great. Harang is a tough starter, Arroyo is good though he may be hurting, Loshe is a mediocre NL pitcher, Homer Bailey is a future star. But the bullpen is so bad that it is laughable. These are the big moves they have made in the last couple of years, Sign Eric Milton -disaster, sign Eddie Gaudardo-disaster, trade Kearns and Lopez for Majowski and Bill bray who not only are no good they have both spent most of the time as Reds on the DL. They want to trade Dunn but you know that they will get pretty much nothing back for him. They refuse to think about trading Griffey because they are waiting for him to hit his 600th HR. Amazing. They are probably better than the Dodgers at all three OF positions, are as good now at 2nd are about even at 3rd and a little behind 1st. Furcal is better than Gonzalez but not by as much as you'd think. Obviously the Dodgers are better behind the plate and have a lot better rotation overall but the place where they are vastly superior is the Bullpen. I'm not really sure what point I am trying to make but I am watching the bullpen try to implode again and it is brutal.

David Weathers is like Hoyt Wilhelm compared to the rest of the pen. He really has nothing but somehow has been getting guys out.

You're talkin' bout a metro area(CINCY)that has what? 1.5 million people? You can't even use the airport there without paying huge dollars(cuz Delta has a monopoly.)That's the type of team the Dodgers love to face(bad pitching team.)I hope they come back to L.A. soon.
