yeah, enough with applauding those inside suckup trips. (he found trouble)
now we're trip handicapping (well, even if it's beyond OBVIOUS) |

I'd heard Einstein's trainer say, in interviews, more than once, that they would play the race as it unfolds, and use his speed if the pace gets soft, or try and tuck in a few of them cook. I'm not so sure that was the best strategy to have going in. |

what a TERRIBLE job with the headon view by GP
if they can provide the headon for sprints and routes, they THEN certainly have the cameras in place. INexcusable seems to be a movement towards providing less and less tape of races (love the move by Cali and the Meadowlands to VERY abbreviated headons) at this rate, I better start practicing crunching numbers (and playing with data) or pulling down slot arms |

Priceless |
Bejarano is not a guy that goes out of his way to try and save ground on the turf course.
Interestingly enough, It hasn't always been that way with him |

Just now watched the replay....and I have to agree. Einsten was tons the best yesterday...horrible trip...3-4 wide first two turns and then 5 wide coming home...ran very well considering. |

I'm always a fan of the old girl who takes on the boys in a race like this. Honey Ryder might have had the inside trip, but she certainly did not have a gaggle of running room until very late.
