I just got eye cancer reading this thread.

I saw an article today for an ethanol producing machine for your car.

Costs 10k and makes about 35 gallons a week, of 100% pure ethanol at about $1 a gallon.

I may need to get that ASAP. Hopefully my Gallant Son, Pure Clan and Casino Drive parlay hits!

Not to mention that the rest of the Strub series consists of an 8.5f Grade 2 race and a 9f Grade 2 race. Two of the 3 are Grade 1 or 2 winners at 8.5f. The other is a Grade 1 winner at 9f.

your way off on some of these, Dynaforce is a lot more likely then Halfway to Heaven and good luck tossing Red Rocks.

She certainly vindicated herself a few weeks later at Belmont, a race where she had to dig down and hang on. She lost by a pimple to Diamond Diva and was second to the boys at Woodbine. She's run well on 2 different synthetic surfaces and should get plenty of pace to run at. What am i missing? Are you sure you are thinking of the right horse?

your like in love with this horse.... she will not win.

I could be wrong, but i think the Europeans are down this year, i dont like any of them in any race other then maybe in the Juvenile Turf races.... Dynaforce has done nothing wrong, first time in the US she ran huge, she ran huge again at Saratoga, one bad race when she was rank and did not get the best trip and then she came back and rebounded in a big way last time out. Folk Opra could be on a slow slow pace, and Dynaforce could/should sit a perfect trip tracking the slow pace.

Dynaforce had the trip of a lifetime in the Flower Bowl. Once she was able to lay down :52 and 1:19, all she had to do to win was not trip over herself. I thought she got beat on the square in all three races before that, and I don't think the pace will be as slow as you say. She's a nice enough filly, but to say she's "way more likely" than Halfway to Heaven makes no sense.

It's a tough one for me, as I have questions about almost everyone in regard to the distance. Gun to my head, I'd probably take Forever Together, especially if she's at her 6-1 M/L price.

Your right, but i cant see how anyone could toss her in this spot, i feel she is as good as Halfway to Heaven....

Sorry to hear that. It will remain a tough day for a while.

Curlin is going to the winners circle

Cocoa Beach is out out of the money.

Lead Pipe Locks

Death or taxes lead pipe locks. Pick one horse over the two days if your life depended on it.

I will ride Goldikova.

slotdirt 10-23-2008 08:37 AM

Can't argue with Goldikova. I'll go with Soldier of Fortune.

odbaxter 10-23-2008 08:45 AM

Gotta click on Zenyatta

I totally disagree - Intangaroo has a great shot. The pace of the race suits her to a tee and I don't see where she has issues with Artificial Surfaces. IMO she is a must use in exotics.

To me, the easiest toss is Carriage Trail returning in less than three weeks off the huge effort while lugging out badly

banter 10-23-2008 09:39 AM

lock--Indian Blessing

toss--Pyro

I am thoroughly convinced nothing good happened on BC Day last year. :(
