Would Kyle Orton beating his former team be considered karma?

This paragraph by Vince Verhei pretty much sums it up:
Tebow made headlines for leading the Broncos to seven wins in his first eight starts, but in hindsight, that streak is looking much less spectacular. Only one of those victories came by more than one score, three came in overtime and none came against a team that made the playoffs. While Denver had a lot of exciting wins in 2011, none of them were terribly impressive. At first I thought it kind of odd that he was on the sidelines praying before Denver's last drive against the Chiefs Sunday, then I realized he was just praying for Oakland to lose. |
And if (HUGE IF)they win Sunday everyone will say it was because of all the injuries to the Steelers. Which of course will be true, but you play the team in front of you. It isn't like Denver is healthy, at all.
|
At 8-8, they don't even deserve a home playoff game.

I was here when he played like sh.it, so I'll be here when he played well. Kudos to him on a better performance today and the Broncos took advantage of a favorable situation. Should be some interesting games next week.

I hope the magic continues next week.

He did a nice job. I kept wondering when the big turnover was going to take place. It didn't.
Good luck to Denver next week. |
The John 3:16 sign used at all NFL games has now been changed to Tebow 3:16 ! That is the number of yards Tebow passed for in the playoff game Sunday...
