Brad Cox is having a putrid day...makes me wonder if these 'super trainer' types don't dare f**k around in NY.

I'll lay Essential Quality and guess he doesn't finish up well, like all the other Cox runners today.

I think the pace holds up...gimme a lot of Hot Rod Charlie on top and a little of Rock Your World on top.

casp0555 06-05-2021 05:53 PM

46.2 half :wf:wf

How do they run Sprint fractions at 1 1/2 miles and Hot Rod Charlie is there the whole way? like Usain Bolt winning a mile race

moses 06-05-2021 06:10 PM

Did Rock Your World miss the break again and then get strangled back once he couldn’t get the lead? Or am I just an idiot for betting him?

wac 06-05-2021 06:15 PM

U and me both Moses. I just don’t understand what Rosario was doing. Horse misses jump again and it was over. They went fast maybe horse couldn’t keep up and I was fooled by sa derby.

That Santa Anita race was a mirage. The horse isn’t in the class of the first two

Wasn't Rosario's best day...

Yeah. I think that’s the case. Those top two finishers are two pretty good horses.

Falstaff....neighbor kid's dad kept a stack of the stuff in his garage....stole it and drank it hot, before pull tabs too. That's when the corner store would pop the bottle cap but leave it on top of the bottle and also punch the cans too, wrap it in paper...after the purchase of course. Kept a bottle opener hanging by a cord next to the cold box for the sodas...

Schaefer is the one beer to have when you’re having more than one

Heineken. That was my dad’s beer of choice. He let me have one when I was way too young to drink. I took a sip or two and didn’t drink beer again for a long time.

I’ve got some Dogfish Head 90 minute IPA in my fridge right now. Good stuff if you guys have never had it. Their 60 minute IPA is pretty good too and their 120 minute IPA is impossible to find but has a ridiculous ABV, something like 15-20%.

knickslions2 06-06-2021 11:34 AM

Jenny Cream Ale for me

With you being down south Texas, remember Dixie Beer, some of the nastiest beer I've ever had.
