I covered the 7 only in case of a pace meltdown and the 8 laying down like usual. If the 7 floats up > 8-1 then I might win bet him.

Got lucky with this one as the jock got me in a speed duel. But the 10, the chalk, is a HANGER and couldn't get by. Left money on the table by not playing exactas here but I was too busy 'explaining' my method and also didn't really want to **** with a 7:1 shot.

I thought either way the 9 was pulling a soft trip, 8-1 is fine with me. The wp bet would be nice, but beating Discreetly is where the $ will be in this pick 3.
