That very fact is why I feel Jason Campbell has played alot better than the damn systems he's been asked to learn over his time here. He stunk in the first half today, but in the second half he made plays, including with his feet that help us get a win. I'm not happy with all the moves that Snyder has made either, nor am I convinced that Zorn is the answer. If he would have only been named offensive coach would the team be any better, because he is calling the plays now, which suck! If he is to keep his job, the first move he may have to make is bringing in someone to run the offense. Then again, if the system is changed once again, that may send us into a total rebuilding mode, which may be ok, but then we will really need to be patient with the team. Either way, I will remain a loyal fan, and hope things improve soon or later.

snyder needs to make a move, now is just as good as later. the season won't get any better under the current regime. i like zorn, i think he may turn out to be a good coach, but i think he should have had more time as a coordinator. i don't think he's ready for the head coaching job as yet.
snyder needs to hire a coach (holmgren ready to coach again) who has achieved success, and knows how to build a staff and a team. it takes time, but snyder needs to hire the right person, rather than hope he's hiring the right person. he needs to be patient, but he needs to have the right folks in there to be given the gift of time. deep pockets alone are not enough. the d is fine, we need an o.

just got home and saw that a rumor is started about shanahan coming to the 'skins. good. i can't believe that after the biggest lead ever held by zorn and co, the panthers put up 18 unanswered and won. ridiculous.

I just hope my good buddy BT has come down off that ledge.

Shanahan was rumored to have been offered the job last week and declined the opportunity to coach the Redskins for the 2ND TIME.

It was ridiculous, I agree. The offensive line didn't block worth a crap! Losing Chis Samuels was huge the guy that came in for him Batiste, was horrible! Couldn't bock, had stupid penalties, he just stunk! In terms of Shanahan, I also have heard that rumor. But, I also heard he may want to wait and see if a West Coast job may open up, perhaps if thing don't work out in SD for Norv Turner that is the job I hear he may be interested in. Not saying Turner is going anywhere, but that's what I heard in terms of Shanahan's interest. I like Shanahan, and I thought he got a raw deal in Denver. I can't believe I'm saying this, but because of Snyder the Skins coaching job, isn't as attractive of a position as it should be! Zorn's play calling still stinks, where the hell are the throws to Cooley? Talk about a weapon, that they are just flat not using!:mad:
