right about street sense in win bets on both future and actual bets
right about hard spun for second

wwrong about circular Quay used in all exotics

Wrong about Curlin...had him to win

Wrong about SS...had him underneath

Wrong about Hard Spun....thought he'd be too emotional to handle the crowd and the fast work cooked his goose.

Oh so right about Pletcher's horses, specifically Cowtown Cat.

Wrong about Tiago and Circular Quay...thought either of these 2 closers would hit the board. Wrong thinking maybe Dominican had more talent off the polytrack.

Blown away wrong about Imawildandcrazyguy.

Kinda right about Sedgefield pulling off a flukey-good turf to dirt performance

Right about the rest of the field being ghastly.

Right about ignoring the Bluegrass results.

Right about AGS putting out his best effort against a not-fully-cranked SS and crossing him off as a contender.

Right about fearing SS and the fact that Nafzger came out of retirement for him.

I Was also right about Dominican, totally tossed him.

I want to say I was right about Curlin. But he didn't win or run second so officially, I was wrong.

Wrong about Circular Quay. Thought he'd do better.

Wrong about Street Sense. I won't ever doubt this horse again.

Right about Teuflesberg. But then, wasn't everyone except Sanders?

Sort of right about Curlin and Hard Spun. Had them as two of my top four and they finished in the top three.

Right about two preps, long layoffs, BC Jinxes, inexperience, etc being negatives. This is a different game than in the past and the same angles that were important then don't mean as much now. Talent is the great equalizer. Always.

I would add to my earlier post, that I was wrong when I thought that the eighth beer of the afternoon was a good idea.

Terribly wrong.

I will tell you who was very wrong..... Jamie Sanders the trainer for Tuefsburg!! That hair and sun glasses on the biggest racing day of her life, in front of millions was WRONG,WRONG,WRONG!!! Good lordy, orange roots, and crunchy dry white ends, and cheap dollar store sunglasses. Horrible. I know what its like to have to get a horse ready, and looking fancy isnt what is the most important thing, but its the Derby!!
