Was it everything you wanted it to be?

No. But I was eagerly looking forward to it. I was hoping Life is Good would have run better though. This one was over five strides into the race though.

Guess it hardly mattered since Rosario didn't seem hell bent on making the front, but should have figured Stilleto Boy would be ridden aggressively from the gate and into the first turn with the jockey switch.

Of course, Desormeaux probably would have done something similar.

The final 3 furlongs was so slow I was able to catch some of it live...

Yeah Rosario rode like the plan was to ride for 2nd all along.

They knew he would be up the track if they tried to run with Life Is Good early.

It looked like Knicks Go had some contact early on that slowed him down. Maybe it actually helped him.

Contact that he actually initiated. He came out ever so slightly.

I was just reading on twitter where people were blaming the 3 horse and saying Jose cut off Knicks Go to help his brother.

Scary to think it's so hard to win with these people in the same betting pools.

It's amazing. The guy makes a move to help his horse....but he has to be cheating. Idiots.

Agreed about the contact and it is scary to think that. People always want someone to blame for their own failures.
