The Pacific Classic is now officially off the table. I would think that means The Travers is looking pretty good. Although Baffert said the horse was pretty wiped out when he got back to Del Mar yesterday. Hopefully he will be fully recovered in time to make The Travers.

yeah, read a bit ago on bloodhorse they don't want to take on older til the bcc, which is too bad.

Pope is having a hard time getting hotel rooms at the SPA on such short notice. Wanted 2 rooms at St. Charles and was turned down.

Bob has to call this. This is the best horse he's ever had and you have to trust that he is going to do the right thing with Bob is really him. This horse is precious to him. Whatever he does, and as long as he gets to do what he wants, I think it will be the right thing. Bob is really, really good. As he gets older, he's getting really, really better. I really don't think anybody else could have developed AP into the horse he is and kept him there.
