It is a finely written article about a group of people with nothing better to do. Are they racists, probably, are their concerns about voter fraud legitimate, also probably.
Our Secretary of State (Rep) here is doing similar. Outside of CA I think we have the highest % density of Latino population and a good portion are not legal. Our Governor (Dem) is the best in the country and has done nothing to prevent the SOS from acting because it is a worthwhile goal. They also are running a massive get registered program together with the Mayor (also Dem) to have a high turnout this year.

texas, florida, az, new york and other states have higher latino populations than colorado.
as for illegal immigrants, col. ranks 10th in total illegal immigration.

Higher population in numbers of course, Los Angeles has a higher latino population within the city limits than the entire state of Colorado, probably including all races. I was referring to density of that population. Most Denver neighborhoods are between 40-60% latino.
