Perhaps Obama isn't worried about losing the Jewish vote. Maybe he's looking for how many votes he'll gain by not siding with Israel.

Trust me, it's not just with Israel. It's like people think Israelis don't understand Muslims. They understand them very well. It's the rest of the world that doesn't understand Muslims very well.

It's called multi-tasking and all Presidents have to do it, keeping us safe is a rather important function of government and in today's world that includes dealing with Muslims, Israel, and all sorts of different situations...none as simple as folks want to make them.

There will never be peace in the Middle East even if Israel gave back the 1967territory. The Arabs won't be satisfied until every Jew is out of the Middle East or dead.

These "negotiations" are akin to rearranging very old furniture trying to make it look like something new.

Well, when your party makes him get 60 votes, I don't think you really want him to do much. Why are you looking at him to do something when you won't let anything hardly pass with a simple majority? I mean do one or the other. If you want him to lead, then, stop acting like children. If you don't want him to lead, then, fine, but don't complain that he's not leading.

Unless the Jews leave Israel, there won't be peace there. These people don't have a land problem. They have a people problem. Their problem is they hate Jews, they have an education problem, and their religion does not encourage Democracy. It encourages Hypocrisy. I'm not against giving them land, but there is no way in hell that this will satisfy them. This is some sort of Liberal blind spot. "If we only do such n' such ....then, they'll get along." No, they will not. Try it. You'll see. They had these borders in '67, and they certainly weren't happy, or peaceful.
