On track simulcasting is quite limited in California, which is the primary reason their own P6 pools are so high.

Yep, I get an unsolicited email update here in CA from calracing.com, Golden Gate or Santa Anita or someplace when a California carryover is in play.



I also subscribe heavily to the east coast action on the California tracks theory.

I think putting Mountaineer in the equation to SoCal racing is "apples and oranges."

I think for the most part only real racing fans or truly degenerate gamblers or western Pennsylvania rednecks know about Mountaineer.

I think there are many more than casual horse racing wagerers that have minimal awareness that Mountaineer exists.
