Tiago has earned almost 2.5 million... I just noticed that, and people on here bash this horse? You have got to be kidding me....
What the connections have done to this horse is a JOKE... His 110 beyer at Oaklawn on dirt is not legit? I think it is...
They needed to give this horse a chance at a dirt campaign... It may now be to late.

I think figuring out who will win the Goodwood will be like flipping a coin. Most all of them can win.

Tiago on his best day can win, but he hasn't raced enough this year to give indication as to whether he still can perform as good as last year.

I might play the 6-8 pick 3 and try to beat Zenyatta... In the Goodwood, I will be using 1,3,8... Thinking the 3 might be the real deal over this surface.

You missed the wedding, don't go to the funeral. Don't be that guy. Lightning wont strike twice.

I believe he was referring to your inclusion of Richard's Kid and theory that he might be the real deal on this surface. Richard's Kid is going to be a fraction of the price he was last time, is going to get nowhere near the pace setup he did in the Pacific Classicand he really is better going longer than 9 furlongs.

Interesting to see Kieran Fallon at Santa Anita with 3 mounts (none below 8 to 1).

I think Zenyatta goes down to Life is Sweet today and if I was playing a horse in the Goodwood, it would be Chocolate Candy.

What about this PLODDER makes him different? Your quick to call other late runners 'stinky' horses, why not this one? He's slow.

If anyone beats Zanyatta it's Cocoa Beach.

Every handicapper of note in the Country seems to be picking her to lose......I wonder if its like in football betting in vegas when you see a really strange line and you say "vegas knows something".

That Mushmouth Slob really is gunna make Lethal Heat (a natural one turn filly) go two turns again (after giving everything possible to try to get 9f last Saturday.) She better not break down. The greed inside this foul individual never relents.

I know Scuds, she started off so promising and he just didn't stay within realm. If he were to keep her between 6f and a one turn 8f, she would be awesome

Well, at least she wouldn't be exhausted all the time. Actually, I thought she went a lil wrong at the end of that race last Saturday, but I guess she was just dead tired. Just like that lucky cockroach for Grazen to get hurt so he can turn an exhausted 3rd into a 2nd place check. That just feeds right into his m.o. of running them regardless of whether it's a spot that suits them. Does it really seem to you like this guy cares about these horses very much? Maybe he has so much confidence in the sire that he thinks they can take it.

I'll go with Visit in the Yellow Ribbon, Skyrush in the Oak Tree Mile, Monzante in the Goodwood, and Cocoa Beach in the Lady's Secret.

King Glorious 10-10-2009 05:24 PM

I guess Pletcher's having a decent day.

letswastemoney 10-10-2009 05:49 PM

You could hear the cheers through the satellite feed on Calracing.com for Mine That Bird once Denman announced his name in the post parade

letswastemoney 10-10-2009 05:50 PM

Tiago looks like an overlay at 7-1. Then again, this is just a prep race for him. But still, it's not often he's that high of a price.

Arletta 10-10-2009 05:58 PM

Was sitting here watching the post parade and it appears Richards kid is pretty small. Either that or that a big horse the Pony rider is on.
