I've tried moose. I live in a moose dense area and know people that have gotten tags for them.

Bison is only healthier than beef because they are free ranged, grassfed only (no grains) and generally not given drugs. The reason most beef is given antibiotics is because of the use of grains, which weakens the cow's immune system.

Beef raised in the same way as bison is just as healthy as the bison. The bison still is a bit tastier, but not by that much. I'll take the grassfed beef at a fraction of the price!

Though, come to think of it, I do have a great source of free range bison that is very affordable and ships for very little money.
