IMO This all stems from the Stuart Levine and Rezko trial. Someone from that trial is talking, a Grand Jury was called and wire taps approved on the Gov. He then buried himself in 30 days. Rahm is much more likely to be Ind C than the whistle blower but I can see why Huffington et al hopes it is.

They didn't even bother/need a Grand Jury indictment...just proceeded straight to the criminal charges. That shows how solid a case they think they have. And you know Fitzgerald hasn't played all his cards yet.
