seriously....

makes me wish big brown hadn't retired. at least that horse won some good races, not just one lousy gr 2 against a field that has done NOTHING since.

I actually thought his comment was funny, and I plan on betting Raven's Pass in the Classic but using CD in a few bets.

I would not be shocked though if Casino Drive romps in the BCC. Horse may just be special. That is why I thought his comment was a little ridiculous. It is very hard to toss a horse with that pedigree that just keeps humiliating his competition. I am not alone in thinking Casino Drive could win the race. Haskin and a few others seem to think very highly of him.

Well, Steve was right about CD. Casino Drive was a disappointment, but Raven's Pass sure wasn't. :) Too bad Duke did nothing, could have made a fortune on the weekend.
