Sir, 110 degree, 88 at night, no coat and probably as little amount of clothes as possible.

Mortimer 07-17-2008 10:19 PM

Really..I reread this.

There's some very high level posts in here.

Fine work.

Yeah, they were trying to get the Welshman, Calzaghe, but he is fighting Roy Jones, and all of their other attempts fell through, so they settled on Hopkins in October.

To change the subject from a sissy game to a man's sport, did you hear that Pavlik signed to fight Bernard Hopkins? I know I'm anxiously awaiting Phil Gardn's breakdown of this matchup.

Borefest.

Any fight with Hopkins.
Old man, like me.

Mortimer 07-17-2008 10:21 PM

Boy.

Calzaghe takes on all doners...aye?

It shouldn't be hard to spot him, considering the fight is NEXT weekend.

Scav 07-17-2008 10:21 PM

Friggin Morty just created a sign on "Garrison's Mom"

That fight,I would think would gross tons o' money. He must want to retire undefeated is all I can guess at....I really think Pavlik would stomp him.

No one his weight does.
I dont blame them.

Pavlik puts people to bed.
He is a career destroyer.
Jermaine Taylor feels it.

Mortimer 07-17-2008 10:27 PM

I have a phone call.

It's from Andy's cell phone.....but I'm wise to Carla now. Ain't gunna duh-it..

Agreed on all accounts. Calzaghe is very good, but there is just a huge gap in punching power between the two that I think would be too hard for the Welshman to overcome.

Mortimer 07-17-2008 10:29 PM

Hey!!..now I have one from Hossy.

Wait a minute.

Fucl<.

It's Carla.

I gotta go.

Yes
but
Calzaghe
has
actually
been
fighting
a
weight
class
above
Pavlik
for
all
of
their
respective
careers,
which
would
on
paper
give
him
a
theoretical
advantage.
