hope you played well today, kev.....also hope any family and friends in the suffolk area came out ok yesterday....looked pretty devastating as far as property damage.

Yesterday didn't go as well as I hoped. Played good early in some pretty sh*tty weather, but 450 yard par 4's into 30mph winds started to take their toll on my scrawny little ass late in the round. I bogeyed the last two holes to miss qualifying by 2 shots:eek:

There's always next time...

Thanks for the well wishes everyone.

Was it bad enough for lift/clean/place rules?

450 Par 4's I would get 8's on, at best....

Oh yeah...we had to play lift, clean and place. Fairways were soaked, many bunkers were uplayable. Toughest conditions I have played in quite a while.

Hey Mark...talked to my ex-mother-in-law yesterday (she still lives in Suffolk). Everyone escaped serious injury.

A friend of mine (fellow golf pro) had his golf course pretty much destroyed.

good to hear no injuries....one of the courses here that was destroyed by isabell in 2003 just reopened this week.....used to be lee park, now called dogwood trace, actually a nice new layout.
