Russia, Iran, Iraq, or North Korea do not scare me as much as what is going on in Kosovo. Basically, both World Wars started in the Balkans. The mess going on in Russia and the Balkans can be traced back to Clinton. Russia still have supply problems, huge unemployment, high inflation and weakening economy. Bush didn't do much with Putin and Russia, but what was he suppose to do. I do not feel that Russia will return to world prominence because they do not have the infrastructure and the Rubel isnt that strong.
