Probably the pats will sign him to go with their Youthful LB core now !

-porter may look better this year with new schemes and coaching staff
-z thomas has more tackles than any linebacker in the hall of fame today
-team is 35 mill under the salary cap and will be completely infused with free agents and draft choices to the point they will look like a completely different team
-dont worry bledsoe is not playing again

Isn't half the league $35 million under the cap though this year?

Those would be the ones that I'd lean towards, although Im not entirely sold on Ryan as a franchise QB just yet.

one of the nfl reporter stated this week that the dolphins are tring to trade down and pick up some players because they have too many wholes.

And Keenan McCardell has more career receptions than Steve Largent. The times have changed so current statistics have no relevance to historical ones.

cap info, and coparing mccardell to largent is not quite the same as comparing thomas to every linebacker in the history of the hall of fame, yes it doesnt mean he is the very best but it does say alot about his career and abilities

Here we go, 18 of 32 with at least $20 million in cap room:

Well we can only hope one day he will be good enough to catch Jessie Tuggle in career tackles. Then we'll know he is truly an elite player.

By the way, how terrible are the Skins going to be next year? Is prediciting 1-15 giving them too much credit? Why would anyone take that coaching job when you are already $21 million over the cap and only have 42 players under contract? Not to mention you don't even get to select your own assistants.

Maybe on offense but tackles are tackles.
