I can recall getting excited to play golf...but never really to the point of arousal....

That was strange...having to blast backwards out of a greenside bunker then putting it right back in the same bunker with the next shot. Tiger starting to putt better, saving par from tough spots...the bird after the double helped him right the ship I think!

It's pretty funny how Europeans have been so solid in the Ryder cup,but can't get it done in Majors.We now have had South Americans,South Africans,Americans, Canadiens,Australians,New Zealanders,and a guy from the South Pacific(FIJI.) That body frame does not work too well in basketball. Never seen the Cabrera mold in that sport.

And do certain positions in baseball (Babe Ruth) require athletes. I know I (at 48 years old) could outrun numerous pitchers in the big leagues. Dont see that body frame in the outfield.

So is golf closer to Bowling, or Baseball pitching? Skills required, mind required, athletic ability... nahhhh. I guess Im looking at sports that require running as part of the game. Most sports I enjoy the most require one to move the body from one spot to another quickly.
