2nd thru 5th p4... the 3rd race, the 2nd choice scratched giving everyone who had him in the p4 the 7, and the 2 won as the new 2nd choice.

Blew pick 4 in 1st leg. Live to everyone except 2 in last leg of pick3. Come on with a bomb here...

PSH 05-24-2007 04:16 PM

Fave wins

#7 Party Jones. 5-2

Not much of a Pick 3 - get my $$ back and a little more.

Guess not...

Would you believe I have a $100 DD going to this four horse in the last, did he lose by alot or just a nose?

PSH 05-24-2007 04:26 PM

4 had a nice lead

but the 7 blew by him mid way in the stretch and was much the best.

I thought it was a dead heat....less than a hair.

Scav 05-24-2007 04:32 PM

Thanks man, that ticket would have been nice also right there, would have given me a load for the weekend, yesterday's cashing has already been distrubited away so I can prevent tiltness. I do have a $250 WP ticket on Sumwon on the horizon though

Good luck this weekend. Hope you keep it rollin.

What makes no sense (I had neither of these, unfortunately):
The P4 parlay was $355, and it pays $509.
The P6 parlay was ~$3,750, and it pays $3,088 WITH A CARRYOVER. What am I missing here?!?

hoovesupsideyourhead 05-24-2007 06:09 PM

freakin exton..lazy horse..

Scav, your exploits yesterday inspired me to go after 4 day carryover at Golden Gate today. A very chalky sequence (4 favorites, 2 second-favorites) produced a payout paying the lordly sum of $650.00. Hoping for a longshot in at least one of the races, I only hit it once (but at least I made some money).

Woo-hoo!

No need to worry about tiltness, but I do have a little more to bet on Sumwon this Saturday. Thanks for the inspiration.

Sunny Boy who scratced today, is in the 6th tomorrow. 6F vs. Mile, but this field is truly awful. 6/1 ML, if Turf and Blinks were issue could be a winner here. Third off the Layoff.
