I have to agree with you there about conflicting commitments. While CNak was making his return to HOL, Stevens was at the Preakness for NBC, and the following day he was guest caller at the High Hope Steeple Chase in KY.
I'm not an expert on this, but it seems to me that a jock agents' primary occupation needs to be spotting live mounts, hustling business and schmoozing trainers/owners. It couldn't have been easy to juggle TV obligations and personal appearances with handling CNak's book.
Stevens parted ways with Little Red Feather after 10 months as a managing partner, now he's parting ways with CNak after a little less than two months. I think Stevens has something to give to the game beyond NBC and TVG -- hope he finds his niche.
