Frankel does have the best Turf Filly in the country, but it's PRICE TAG.

A couple of turf colts to look out for are Mast Track and Whatsthescript. Whatsthescript has been running out in Cali, and has shown great grass form. He failed miserably in his only dirt race, but could have been suffering from some soundness issues because he took three months off after that. In his comeback race on the turf, the horse delivered.

Mast Track is the Bobby Frankel trainee (he also owns the horse) that just broke his maiden by three at the Fairgrounds even though he ran greenly and was under a strangle hold. Frankel has turned down quite a bit of money for this colt, and I believe that he could be a future star.

I actually think she ran pretty well that day. To lose by a length or so to seasoned old mares like Angara, Sweet Talker, and Argentina, while just barely being outfinished by My Typhoon is a pretty good effort. At that time she was barely a graded stakes winner in America, having won the GIII Regret.

she won that race for fun over magnificent song who came back to do some very nice things, including a grade 1 win

I would not say seh didnt "show up". She was a 3YO taking on a nice field of older F/M on an off turf course and if I am not mistaken she was beaten a little over a length

I still like Cassydora a lot. 5 yo Pletcher grass mare who is fairly lightly raced and has been improving tons this winter.

Hear she's nom'd to the Woodford Reserve. Big step up. I guess they like her.

Won both races at Tampa this year crawling on the front end. 50+ half in the Endeavor, 49 and 3 for the Hillsborough (in which she beat some nice horses).

They wont let her jog like that in the Woodford. She may have to change tactics. That said, I'll be rooting for her.

I like Arravale...not sure if she is going to run this year or not. She won a grade one at Del Mar (I believe) and a Grade one at Woodbine. I also like Ciao. She is a 3 year old that won a stake race at Churchill last fall as a 2 year old. She has been working recently for her first race of the year.
