Let me add the following names into the "sleeper" mix:

D'Wildcat, Sunday Break, Trust N Luck, Rock Slide, Van Nistelrooy, Whywhywhy, Cactus Ridge, Decarchy, and Wiseman's Ferry. Even relatively obscure horses like Greatness at Adena-FL might pop up with some good sire numbers.

Of those, I like the chances best of Van Nistelrooy, Whywhywhy, and Decarchy. They have fantastic female taillines.

Of course, it would please me no end if Say Florida Sandy did well as a freshman sire. It would be great for the sport if good-looking hardknockers like him thrived at stud :)

Off topic but what about Lawrence Roman comments that he will pay people to send suitable mares to Lawrence the Roman. "If it's a mare approved by me, I'd be willing to pay $2,500 to $10,000,". Will this be shown in DRF as a negative stud fee.

I'm looking forward to seeing some of them race.

If they're anything like their pops, they'll win a some graded stakes at 45-1 and higher. I don't think his babies start racing until '08 or '09 though..

As a person who trained and at one time owned a part of him, I think that he has virtually no chance to be a good stallion.
