I'm no lawyer and I did not sleep at a Holiday Inn Express last night, but wouldn't infidelity make a prenup null and void? Couldn't a decent lawyer get that prenup shoved up Tiger's arse?

I wonder how many divorce lawyers with :$: :$: in their eyes have tried to contact Mrs. Woods over the last few days....

my guess is that Elin won't be playing ladies day at Rolling Hills CC with Rachel and Jaimee ??? what do you think scuds

I bet when he does come back to play his game will be better from the rough with all the practice he has had playing in the bush.

Rachel Uchitel has publicly denied she had sexual relations with Tiger Woods, but we've learned she has said she did indeed have an affair with the golfer. And, we're told it was her -- not Jaimee Grubbs -- who caused an argument between Tiger and his wife, Elin Nordegren, that immediately preceded Tiger's SUV crash.

Sources say less than an hour before Tiger's accident, Rachel and Tiger were texting each other. Elin confronted Tiger and asked whom he was texting. She grabbed the phone and we're told she called Rachel to confront her. According to sources, Tiger and Elin began arguing and the phone broke in the process.

We're also told there was damage as a result of the altercation in the vestibule area of Tiger's home -- damage that cannot be easily repaired, and that is why Tiger would not let police come in.

Uchitel's lawyer, Gloria Allred, will hold a news conference today at 11:30 AM PT with Uchitel present. We will be live streaming the event.

Unbelievable...

What's unbelievable is how can a straight man send 300 text messages? Tiger is an odd duck.

They could and you did but you've got a Pete Carroll fathead on your wall so your opinion is null and void.

Jesper Parnevik awesome!!!!

"I feel really sorry for Elin," he told The Golf Channel on Wednesday. "I would be especially sad about it since I'm kind of ... I really feel sorry for Elin, since me and my wife were at fault for hooking her up with him. We probably thought he was a better guy than he is. I would probably need to apologize to her and hope she uses a driver next time instead of the 3-iron."

Heard this last night and I've been trying to get the right video for it, but since its not isolated, just forward it to the 4:30 mark.

Work the body Jesper. Work the body. Under the ribs. Under the ribs.

Heard she abruptly cancelled the press conference after Tiger's people offered a mil to shut the f back up. Guys like cars. Women seem to know how to get men to pay for cars, houses etc. (even this cheap s.o.b.)

I know it is a completely different demographic, but just a few years after Kobe Bryant admitted to tapping that white girls booty in Colorado, his jersey is number one in sales. I wonder what kind of sales impact this will have on Nike golf products.

It will be interesting to see if this blows over in the same manner.

Obviously the demographic point is huge, because the only people wearing basketball jerseyes are the ages 7-23 (and maybe Mr. Chicago). I'm guessing that group doesn't care what Kobe does off the court.
As far as Tiger goes, I'm guessing that most men don't care what he does off the links either. Sure they think he's wrong, but I'm guessing that most of the people that love to root for him will still be behind him. And those who root against him, will do the same. I'm guessing the number that flip flops will be very low. If anything I think the next tourney he enters will do huge numbers with more people tuning in to see how he does.

I also think it has no impact on Nike.

I'm thinking since Elin won't be giving it up anytime soon and Eldrick ain't gonna be getting any strange stuff anytime soon either, I may place a call to Phil Knight and suggest making the Nike One golf balls BLUE
