Its a shame you require the Rainman of Racing to prove what you should have witnessed and admired weeks ago. Not a issue, once the Rainman comes back from subway(he had a 15% off coupon) he will rep all the purchase prices of McPeeks special Keeneland meet. Anything else we all can do as a community to enlighten you..lol

A simple "so that is how you do it" will suffice..fair enough?

Saturday is the 2nd 2yo day at CD. McPeek has 7 horses in that were sold at public auction. They average $101k. Not that means anything but it is interesting. And no there were no mega prices that skewed the numbers. A high of 180k and a low of 50k.

I wouldnt care if my trainer lived at Atlantis as long as he won..

owners can vote with their feet and change if they feel that their investment would be better suited in someone else's barn....after all it's their $$$

so while kenny does not need to punch the clock , some owners are more aware than others about what is and isn't going on

No one said that the owners can't change barns.

And some owners are delusional and some consistently listen to bad advise while others are great guys and some have class. And then there is Freddy who may fit all of the above.

And McPeek doesnt seem to be doing too bad taking all those supposed vacations.

My wife and my trainer had lunch with McPeek on Md Million Day - both said he was a nice guy.

How about the job he did off the claim with Zuri's Girl. Takes her off a 20% trainer running 30's and 40's...first time out for him she runs an 80 and wins by 9. Has to rank up there with the best trainers ever.
