they let Boulanger run poodle fractions from the rail. a horse that got crushed by the 4 and 9 last time out

the 3, probably the speed, just flat out stood in the gate at the start. wasn't held, and wasn't urged by the jock -- horse just didn't move.

it'd be funny, if the results were different
