Anyone who knows differently, please correct me.

Very nice move. Waiting for me to take the bait I see. I hope I am right but I do not know.

It really wasn't that intentional..

This may have already been posted, but certainly includes Curlin's Dubai win on his resume.

Oh my god.
When you see them all together like that.....it becomes even more clear what a ridiculous collection of donkeys they really were.

Don't be condescending like I was. Just give him your horses that you think are better. That is, if such horses even exist.

I wasn't attempting to be condescending. In fact, I have no real opinion on HOY. I think a somewhat reasonable case could probably be made for Big Brown.

I was just struck by how horrible that group of horses is/was.

I couldn't tell based on that but what was really interesting after seeing the list of all the HOY winners, John Henry in 1984 was 9 years old? That is hard to imagine.

That is all i am really saying. My list would be comparable to any names that could be listed for competitors of Zenayatta and Curlin.

If you are trying to say he belongs on the ballot, of course. If you are trying to say he should win, I disagree.

Sincerely,
Capt. Obvious

I would probably put him third behind those two, but if he wins.....I sure won't care very much.

I'm saying both, and I know he is not favored to win HOY. Personally I think he should win based on the way the year played out. In most other years, this would not even be a conversation. He would be top 3yr. old and that's it (which is a great achievement in itself).

If that is directed at me, how about I promise to stop by 2009? Luckily since I live out west, I get a couple extra hours to post before the new year.

I'm not sure what's more idiotic.

RollerDoc's argument, or people arguing with him over it.

Easily, the later. At least, on my behalf, I realized he wasn't serious a long time ago so I stopped trying to have a serious debate with him. He had me going for a minute though.

My head just exploded.
