NTRA Pick 4

Leg 1 - Ogden Phipps G1 - Belmont Park - Race 9

#3 Spun Sugar - Never off the board in 9 starts. She was all out to win the Apple Blossum G1 at Oaklawn and received a well deserved break. Should be ready to fire another big one for Pletcher.
#4 Take D' Tour - Impressive and comes in with a 3 race winning streak. Only making her 2nd start of the year, but has been terrific at Belmont.
#6 Grecian Lover - The Giant Killer takes the blinks off for the stretchout. She could start this wager off with a bang.

Leg 2 - Fleur de Lis G2 - Churchill Downs - Race 9

#1 Oonag Maccool (Ire) - Has been dynamite. Pletcher has been quoted of saying that she could be the best filly he's ever trained. Let's not forget that he trained two time champion Ashado. She should be near the front end right from the opening bell as she looks to wear down Happy Ticket. Also, the daughter of Giant's Causeway has the important trip over the Churchill surface.

Leg 3 - Stephen Foster G1 - Churchill Downs - Race 10

#1 Buzzards Bay - Huge effort in the Oaklawn Handicap G2 and is capable of doing the same here, if he can avoid a speed duel with Love of Money.
#3 West Virginia - His Pimlico Special performance was much better than it looked on paper. He's currently on his best form ever and should make some noise down the lane.
#5 Wiggins - 6yr old Gelding has ran his two biggest races at CD and would have to top those efforts to find the winner''s circle here. Romans has him going in the right direction and there are no Saint Liam's lined up here.
#9 Brass Hat - Started the year with two massive victories in the New Orleans and Donn Handicap. More than respectable 2nd in the Dubai World Cup. Only concern might be how will he rebound off the trip to Dubai.

Leg 4 - The Californian - Hollywood Park - Race 6

#2 Dixie Meister - Canani has this Texas bred at the top of his game. Canani has a knack for overacheivers and he should be ready for a breakout performance.
#4 Preachinatthebar - Disappointed in his trip to Texas, but he's back on more familar ground. Baffert would love to get the son of Silver Charm a G2 victory. The grey has been solid at Hollywood Park.
#6 Spellbinder - Has faced the best from the west and has been right there with them, except for his trouble trip in the Big Cap. He could be long gone when they enter the stretch.

NTRA Pick 4 - 3 4 6 with 1 with 1 3 5 9 with 2 4 6 = $36 for a buck play

Churchill Downs - Race 8 - The Regret G3

#5 Beau Dare - She's raced extremely better on the lawn and I believe she is sitting on a big one. If she can slow it up a bit on the front end, she'll be tough to catch.

Churchill Downs - Race 11 - Mint Julep Stakes G3

#5 My Typhoon - Makes her 2nd start of the year after disappointing a bit on Preakness Day as the fav in the Gallorette. She should improve off that race and she ran a huge one at CD last fall. Albarado back on board. BEST BET OF THE DAY

Let's say for entertainment purposes only that we start off with 500 units at the beginning of the day.

Well, it's pretty easy to tally up. My Typhoon won in impressive fashion to save the day and paid $6.80 for the victory. We started with 500 units and ended up with 680 units. Marginal profit, but we rather cash than trash. Up 180 units for the day.

What a lobster in the Foster, Seek Gold, WOW. I hope everyone had a profitable day.
