Above the Wind goes in tomorrow's Pelican Stakes. He's won the race 43 times. Actually he's won it three times.

You really don't even need a Racing Form. If you do have a Racing Form ignore his last several races. They don't matter.

His training pattern matches up with his prior years' wins and he's virtually unbeatable going 6f at Big Sandy.

He's going to break well, lay off the 1 horse, put that horse away at the 3/16 then put away Guapeton at the 1/16 pole.

And, he'll probably go off at 4-1.

My strategy:
1. $500 to win on Above the Wind
2. Take that $2500 and bet it on the Under in the Pro Bowl
3. Wind up with $5000.

STS,

Can't wait to see him tomorrow. Will stand and cheer when he wins his 4th in a row.

Was going for 4 Super Stakes in a row last year and ran into a buzz saw in Sir Shackleton who broke the track record while beating him.

Single in the pick 4.....

10 mtp and AtW is holding steady at 3-1. Still a big play here as the 14, Guapeton, which could have gone off as low as 5/2 or even 2-1 is scratched.

Nine minutes. And counting.
