In the interest of fairness to everyone, I'd like to reserve the right to declare both this and the ROI "no contest" if two or more of those who played either the points or ROI last week do not participate in either the points or ROI this week. Not trying to be arbitrary, just evenhanded. Hope that's acceptable to all.
