This Saturday we will be heading North to the cooler breezes of Ontario, as we tackle the races at Woodbine.

This card commences at 1:00 PM Eastern and includes the Grade 1 Woodbine Mile, the Grade 1 Northern Dancer, the Grade 2 Canadian and the Grade 3 Bold Venture. It will be a long day of racing. Scheduled post for the Woodbine Mile (Race 12) is not until 6:34, so we will limit our contest to only the first 12 races and ignore Race 13.

Good luck to all and look forward to seeing you in the starting gate.

Nice call JB. Different than we are used to in almost every respect except we are looking at races. Should be real "fun"??? And congrats on the win.

Glad that you feel that way, Cruz. They have a very talented jockey colony, and several of their trainers are very successful when they compete at other venues. I've always felt that handicapping races at Woodbine can be very challenging because of the large and evenly matched fields, but that the results can be viewed as extremely formful.

Looks as if the Euros may have a lot to say in the outcome of the Woodbine Mile.

I wanted Woodbine for a personal reason. With that being said 7 of the 12 races are virtually unbetable IMHO. Be careful what you wish for. You just might get it :zz:

Please note there are no 10 cent superfecta bets at Woodbine. A few of the exotic wagers do have 20 cent minimums.

Don't have time to play this weekend as my brother is coming in for a visit. I haven't seen him since I moved from ATL 9 years ago! I'm SO EXCITED!!!

But I will score tomorrow, no worries.
