1. Caiman (I have a feeling about this one)

2. Bare Dancer (cause that is what I do for my hubby :D )

3. Coach Kent (ha ha) not really I like International Cat in this race.

4. For a Prayer (cause I need one in Kev's contest)

5. Nevaeh (got a feeling again)

6. Chestnut Glitter

7. Bon Marie

8. Fernando Po (name made me giggle I don't know why, but I went with it)

9. Inca Is Calling

Since my pick for race 4 scratched, I will go with Perfect Forest.

Maybe some mid priced winners today???

1 - Seaside Salute (6/1) - Could be up front in paceless race. 3rd in form cycle. 2 wins over course - ITM 3 of 4. I've followed Caiman for a while, but I dont see where he'll get his pace from.

2 - A Wonder She Is (4/1) - Maidens suck (betting them atleast) but Gomez stays up and Violette adds blinkers. Nice 3f work on 8/27 - fastest of 21.

3 - Planets Aligned - Relishes course and should get a perfect trip stalking from 2nd, 3rd, or 4th. Fox Hill does well on the grass it seems (any correlation?) but I wish they had someone more reliable than Jose Espinoza up - he's only 3-59 at the meet!

4 - Perfect Forest (7/2) - Pletcher/Velazquez. Son of Forestry. 1/2 to Perfect Cat and Japanese Gr. 3 winner Tokio Perfect. Your guess is as good as mine with these firsters though...

5 - Lady Jove (6/1) - Adds the little French guy and is likely to get good trip from just off. Hoping that Her Royal Nibs bounces off big effort on 8/3 cause if not I'm in trouble!

6 - Freudian Smile (6/1) - Progeny of Freud win 19% first on the grass and grandprogeny (not right word I dont think) of Smile hit at 11% first on turf. Coa rides which should be a plus...

7 - Elusive Image (8/1) - Gotta bet Desormeaux sometimes.....

8 - Admiral Bird (8/1) - Maiden score a bit less than what Twilight Meteor did, but adds Lasix, keeps Gomez. Not much to separate them except this one is twice the odds!

9 - Inca Is Calling (6/1) - Furious rally just missed in last effort behind slow numbers. Hoping for a bit more pace this time and a better result!

* Intriguing placement for Biancone's French Transistion in the 8th being a firster in a stakes race. Has been working very well on the turf at Saratoga but I need more than 3/1 to convince me against mostly winners.

Here are mine...some chalk, some not.
Seems to me that the only way to make anything is to just dig in and bet a longer one or two...

R1 Seaside Salute
R2 A Wonder She Is...though Acacia Breeze might surprise (box em)
R3 Tungsten
R4 Queen Joanne
R5 Vasa
R6 Freudian Smile
R7 Seeking Answers
