Not that she has a shot in either race, really, but considering his ample experience in CA, I'm kinda surprised John Glenney didn't send the 3yo Go Ask Alex out for the much watered-down American Oaks at Hollywood rather than tackle elders in the Locust Grove at home. Her run-off-and-hide style probably would be better served over 10f rather than a flat mile, too.

When's Tybalt going to make good on his pedigree and the promise he should a couple of years ago at Oak Tree?

I guess we established that Mine That Bird ain't so fond of turf. Certainly not at a mile. Not a shocker. It's a shame that allowance didn't fill. I hope he got something out of this.

Few 5/2 post time favorites in Graded Stakes are ever as unlikely winners as Mine That Bird was today.
He was only slightly more probable than PG'85 nailing that hottie through pathetic sissy tactics on facebook.

Its already done my man, done deal Friday night at work. I totally agree about MTB, I was going to punch all minus him, but totally backed off betting today.

Birdstone is now 0-65 as a sire on turf, which is so bad it's almost hard to believe for a stallion has sired 13 stakes winners already.

And what is DWL's turf win % outside of Ellis Park?

You should encourage his fantasy. Unless you like his attention, that is.
I say better that fantasy than Tiny Sal (the racehorse).
