That race proved beyond a doubt that the BC win for Dancing in Silks was a Fluke.

LOL..That Joy Scott interview was a hell of way for HRTV to wrap up the day. Just got worse n' worse. I thought she was gunna take out some food stamps n' wave 'em at the camera. Somebody, please give that hen a few mounts. She must not be getting those Arabian mounts anymore at Los Al. Maybe they stopped having those fine athletes compete over there.

I didn't think it was too bad -- she probably was a little shocked and embarassed having to ride the ambulance rather than the winning horse to the winner's circle after the race (after the horse threw her off). At least I could understand her English compared to Joel Rosario the race prior after Dancing in Silks paved his way to Dubai.
Nice to see Bob Black Jack back. There cannot be too many horses that win a Grade 2 after a 14-month layoff after winning a Grade 1.
The late double paid handsomely at $80.

The horse sure knows how to win a sprint on the lead at Santa Anita (4 for 4 at 7 furlongs or less and 2 for 2 on the Pro-Ride). He put away a nice horse in Ventana although he was able to set slow fractions. He should be the one going to Dubai instead of Dancing in Silks.

Bob Black Jack - and of course the indomitable Georgie Boy - are two synthetic sprinters that I'm a big fan of.
I guess we all have our faults.

Must of been one cheap race if Ol'dogfood managed to get across that line 1st.
