When the morning line favorite for the Classic only beat the 20/1 longest shot on the morning line in the Distaff by margins of 0.75 lengths and 1.25 lengths in her last two starts.

I was picking the avatar of the team the Patriots were set to play the next week ...

But, the one week I forget to change it, they go out and win 59-0.

So, the Bronco avatar seems to be lucky ... and Im not changing it until the Pats lose another game. Which will hopefully be some time in 2014.

Wow.............does that put things in perspective............I wonder how Mr. White would answer that question?

Winning margins don't mean very much on synthetics. That said, still a bad line.

Overall these BC lines are some of the worst I've ever seen, but in the case of the Classic is it the line that's bad or is it a bad public opinion?

Agreed, it is almost as if no thought went into it at all. Two favs, the rest 12-1 and some with no shot. That said, bad public opinion abounds on big days.

I dont believe Gio Ponti or Quality Road go off anywhere near 12/1. I think more like 8/1 on QR, 5/1 on Gio Ponti.

When I saw 12-1 on Gio Ponti I laughed. And I am not even betting any of the BC.

or maybe next week?

The Fins better once again unveil a new form of offense that New England is completely unprepared for.

Didn't someone on here think that Zenyatta was gonna be 4th or 5th choice? I'm too lazy to look up old threads but it obviously seems like that's unlikely.

I still think she is going to be around 5/1, now what choice that is I am not sure....you can take one thing to the bank, she is not going to be 5/2 or 3/1.

And a couple of others thought she deserved to be and would be favored and figured her about 3/1.

I listened to The White Stuff (jesustap..) on ATR and drool was practically falling from my lip and I ended up veering off the road for a split second.
