Full slate of action with introduction of the Eastern Seaboard "60-6" and a strong card at Colonial. The 60-6 turned out far less appealing than initially advertised with the 25% takeout a far cry from the 15% takeout bandied about last month. Still, an intriguing scenario that is too irresistable to pass up.

Colonial gets the serious part of its' summer underway with two terrific graded stakes and a nice undercard as well. Jimmy Toner joined me on "ATR" Friday and thinks a winning effort is within the grasp of Sailor's Cap in the $600,000 Turf Cup. Queen's Plate and a very good Woodbine card on tap tomorrow, and it was great to have a visit from Brian Lynch on the show Friday to laud the prospects of his Ginger Brew and Jungle in the Plate...

Steve

Why you giving up on the Chester House in the 7th at Belmont. The last off the long layoff was a workout. Masterinthehouse could pay a pretty penny today if he's able to beat out Veritable with JR. Even so, at the least rounding out the exotics he would seem logical with Rockies

With the departure of Great Emperor he could slide in as the 4th for the Super, but Veritable and Westward both look superior to me and I'll give the mystery horse from Malek some respect as well. This is a better group than Master faced last week. Shaami won that race with a 59 Beyer.

in all seriousness.... sebastian morales needs to be checked for drugs. He has no other excuse other than being on drugs for the ride he gave Joppa Flats in the 5th @ belmont.
This is the 2nd time he has made a pre-mature move on the grass and got caught this week. No reason to open up lengths on the field into a 46 1/2 mile. Then he finally goes to the wip HALF way down the stretch and gets beat by a length. I really don't understand this kid.
He has single handily cost me over $1200 in PK4's this week with these suspect rides (LUCK in the finale on Wed.)

Mark it down here, i WILL NOT USE this jock on my tickets again. I don't give a sh!t if he's on the second coming of Secretariat

sorry guys, another tough beat... had to vent

Thx B.. P.. Missed the Monmouth leg and wouldn't have had that horse at all, but really missed the boat on Field Sport at DelPark. DaSilva (!) warned about him yesterday.. Uggh. This 60-6 is going to work and get popular.. 25% takout or not. I think it's great fun...

Putting my CT selections in here in honor of Steve making selections. Heading out there soon so won't get to update with scratches.

Race 4 CoinCollector50k 4.5F - chalky race for WV breds
7 Henry the Lover 9-5- W2W & most likely winner on card
5 Brother Bryant 5-2

Race 5 WVSprintDerby 4.5F
1 Stonestreet Song 5-2
9 Bright Pick 7-2
6 He's Fargone 12-1 - This horse is very live. Coming off a medical procedure so may need a race but is definitely the speed of the speed.
2 Hear My Voice 6-1

Race 6 WVSprintDerby 7F
7 Devereux 7-2 - Gets the right pace setup if Indy Joe gets burned up in front
9 Indy Joe 3-1
1 Ghostly Thunder 8-1 - This is probably the best WV bred 3yo going. Horse would be 4/5 in the Coin Collector.

Race 7 WVSprintDerby 4.5F - have to spread in this race. Several have a big chance and will go even deeper than this in P4.
3 Casanova Killer 3-1
9 Grand Obsession 8-1
6 Pesinoe 5-2 - Agree with Steve but must use in P4
3 Sunday Strike 10-1 - Throw out last after bad start and wide trip. Include in exotics.

Race 8 CharlesTownDash 4.5F
6 Joey P 9-5 - Best horse on the grounds but not the only one who can win
1E Sir Silver Fox/Pete's Wonder 5-2
4 Lacewell 5-1 - Worry about this one after losing Scott Lake "help" but last race was more impressive than Beyer would indicate. 51 and change is no joke especially while dueling the entire way.

Will try to trim this down later
P4: 1,6,9/1,7,9/2,3,5,6,7,9/1,6 $108
