Longshot Alert/Super Add-in: #11 Tiz Stormin (12-1) 7th @ 14-1 may not have liked that soft going first time turf... Always willing to try a second surface try on firm or dry footing, an angle that works on young horses who catch soft or mud first time on respective tracks...

7: 2-3-7-8-9
8: 6
9: 6-7-11

3x5x1x3 = $45

Went Late Double

Zito's Horse in 8th #6 with 7/10/11. 10 runs second and just runs out of ground and 7 runs third.
Ouch - payoffs would have been over $100 per ticket.

Nice call in 8th Steve.
We'll get them next time.

PSH..

Tough beats everywhere today.. Ran 2-3-4 in the 6th AND 9th.. Outside was death on the turf today. Bold Love looked like he had the run, but the three wide trip cost him late...My Man Sciacca has had a great meet...

I had low confidence going into the set of races, but when I caught the tri in the 5th, I felt OK. Absolutely loved 'Albert' in the 8th which is why I gave him the "caps"... Nick doesn't scratch from the NY Derby to lose in this spot. But it did us little good in the multis as it turned out.

Looking forward to watching DMR 5-9 coming up...
