Pletcher is gonna be VERY hard to beat there Hickory. Watch the replay of her last, it was her debut. Not bet like she was totally wound, gathered hard at the beginning, wide trip, even type race. Winner was a very good Kimmel runner who wired them. Comes back today off better works and draws inside the Mott horse who edged her for 2nd last time. Means she should be able to hang her out and et a better trip than her. Motts horse doesnt really look like the type that wants the extra distance either.
Main threat is Goldberg's horse, but I HATE betting 2nd tiem starters back on short rest, ESPECIALLY fillies!!!
Pletcher's horse looks like a stone cold winner today.

In the 2nd Pletchers horse and Hough's horse are the two who work lights out according to my clocker. I may take a stand with Hough. Pletchers horse made an easy lead in moderate fractions in her debut going 4 1/2. Granted she was run down by a nice one. But really had no excuse. Working great since then, but Hough's horse is as well and she draws outside, I always prefer the outside trip to the inside with babies.

May try to get the dd home with Hough if the price is ok.
