Bogey- I like Boboman in the Californian and agree that A.P. Xcellent and BB have good chances. . . but can you explain a little bit why you like Wilko? Thanks and good luck

Hockey, I really like that Nak is back on him, I think he fits him well. Also, his initial cushion start was not bad and I feel he can improve off that effort. Wilko should be in good position turning for home and is worth a play at decent odds. Of course, I'm concerned that he hasn't won since the BC Juvy in '04.

Here's my opinion on the Ohio Derby, which is also the TG ROTW:

Cowtown Cat is a major play against (I'm sure Andy would agree with this). Can't like his horrible effort in the Derby, other than his perfect trip/inflated Hawthorne Derby figure, he is just another horse in here, and he's spotting the rest of the field between 7 and 9 pounds. I realize betting against Pletcher is never a sure thing, but as favororite, this may be a good spot to try and beat this horse.
That said, the rest of the field is fairly evenly matched. #3 Moyers Pond made a nice forward move in the slop last out, a pair-up of that would give him a good shot. #8 Reporting for Duty has been running an 0/x pattern (which means one good one, one bad one), today should be a good one if that pattern holds. #5 Delightful Kiss has an 0-2-somewhat x pattern (4, 6, 8.75 on the turf) and has 1 months rest for today.
So I say, box those 3, #'s 3,5 and 8. You can also use just about anyone else, but Cowtown Cat will be a big underlay.

There's a ton of speed lined up and Gaff should be sitting a nice trip right behind them. I don't care for the Cali shipper Greg's Gold and Fabulous Strike must me a believer (I'll be from Missouri today). No doubt a difficult race to decifer, but I'm going with an aggressive single.

I admire your guts, I just think Fab Strizzy's too quick for 'em.

There weren't too many front runners coming back to the field yesterday. Gaff might have to strike earlier than usual.

Let's see $381.20 on the pick 4 and DK at 25-1 was a must as my 2nd choice....Me thinks a trip to Hot Springs or NOLA might be a good bet for next Saturday unless I wasted all the good picks today...lol Pick 4 @ Churchill

Thanks Gus, I was wondering if anybody noticed that. I boxed the tri and exacta, thought both payouts came back a bit short, but not complaining.:)

I love that 0-2-somewhat x pattern

Good job, golfer. Two other DT'ers had the tri, so that might explain why it came up a little short. :D
