Opening Day Of "The Mountain" Turf Races :D :D
Race 1) 4.5f Turf 27.8K Alw
#7 Sweet and Sassy: This Daughter of Lear Fan out of a Nureyev should relish the green carpet and comes of the deadly combo of Whitney/Flint.
#5 Brieforboxers: This filly is 1 for 1 lifetime and has decent turf pedigree 4th
#10 Cowwege Savannah: This daugter of Cat Thief is undefeated in one start, but hasn't raced since Oct 06. Shows a nice 47 4f gate work. Show she can run fresh for Stokes clan 2nd 4.40 3.60

#1 Tender Touch: This Filly is 5 for 10 on the board in turf races with 2 wins. Gets Lumpy to ride.
#Sunshineonme: Makes 2nd start for the high % Paula Bacon barn. This daughter of Parade Ground is makin first start ever on turf.

#9 Maggie Slew: This Seattle Slew is makin her initial start on the turf for David Vance. Has two decent works on the turf at Churchill. Gets Whitney to ride. Last, rather eat the turf than run on it
#8 Gottah Penny: This filly could be coming late if the speed quits. Gets Quinonez to come in from Churchill to ride. 4th
Race 4 Memorial Day Handicap 75K
#10 Solo Cat: Should get a nice stalking trip under Whitney and has a win over the course.
#3 Art of Dipomacy: Ships in from Tampa for the Behrens barn. Has nice steady works at Thistle. 7 for 10 on the board in turf races.
#1 Cherokee Prince: This 7yo gelded son of Cherokee Run has one way of going, right to the lead and seeing how far he can go for the father/son team of Ron and Mike Allen. Has 2 wins over the local turf.
