well i think bris bet will take you ...use your former add and your new one is a summer home...lol...if not pinnacle...

No Bris Bet....You have to go to Pinnacle. GPK, the local golf pro here, lives in NC. They are VERY strict with there account wagering rules

But none of the big ones will allow NC? Does pinnacle cap your winning on a wager (i.e superfecta payout max at $5,000, etc.?)

depends on the track....I can't give you a link now because I am at work but I have been playing with them for 7 months, and I have been no where near the limit.

They have limits on a per race basis, and they are so large, I have never heard them come into play

If you want to be really shady, Hinsdale Greyhound Track in New Hampshire has a phone wagering account. You can claim your Charlotte residence as a winter home or something. I was able to sign up for theirs with a Massachusetts address.

Check it out (www.hinsdalegreyhound.com/aw)

Pinnacle is the one you need to use. Youbet, Bris, et all are not allowed in NC.

If all else fails, there are always the sports and race books offshore....

VIP Sports is one i can recommend....
