Root, I copied your early Pick 4 exactly, since I missed out on opening day. Will lightning strike twice? Is this really the last day that you're going to be able to bet Hollywood online?

Wouldnt you know it, got an $18 horse in the second leg (went 2-4-5). I was on the #4 in the first but got off. Darn it. Sorry folks, hopefully the pk3 starting in the 2nd pays.

I really like the 3, Hot Flame here. I love horses that have shown talent as a 2 yr old making their first start at three. Notice who he finished behind in his last, Principle Secret, Great Hunter and Stormello (1/2 length behind Stormello). He's sent to the shelf and here he is sporting a bullet for Baffert (29% 180+ days).

If he has grown up and filled out, he may light up the board.
